Start the New Year Right With Riverwalk Coaching and Hypnosis

The new year is motivation for many to set intentions and part with old patterns that no longer serve them, but making positive changes doesnā€™t come without work. Services offered at Riverwalk Coaching and Hypnosis put clients on transformative paths toward overcoming negative thinking, critical self-talk, and any barriers standing in the way of reaching their goals.

ā€œI help clients infuse light back into their lives and create new paths forward,ā€ says Liz Morrisroe, certified hypnotherapist and life coach. ā€œThrough extensive research, I have created a toolbox of highly effective, powerful and practical tools all backed by neuroscience created by psychologists, coaches, and motivational speakers from all over the country. Clients come to me with specific goals and we develop a plan together to reach those goals.ā€

Morrisroeā€™s new holistic Light Your Way program combines coaching and hypnosis to help clients manage stress and anxious thoughts ā€“ Two versions of the program are offered: one for college students navigating stress and feeling stuck and another for any individuals going through transitional phases in their life to forge new pathways in the brain. ā€œMy superpower is combining what I call the three Cs: curiosity, compassion, and courage so clients feel safe, nurtured, and empowered,ā€ explains Morrisroe.

Her mission is also to educate people about hypnosis and its effectiveness. Starting in the new year, Riverwalk Coaching and Hypnosis will offer Lunch and Learn sessions with companies, teaching employeesā€™ useful tools for coping with stress and eliminating burnout. In addition, short one-on-one meetings will offer employees the opportunity to set a goal for 2025 and develop a mantra to help make their vision become a reality.
